Statutory Claims (Reimbursed by Government)
You can help employers prepare and submit claims for:
- Childcare Leave Claim
For employees with children under 7 years old.
- Up to 6 days per year per parent (capped amount claimable from Government).
- Extended Childcare Leave Claim
For children aged 7 to 12.
- Up to 2 days per year per parent.
- Maternity Leave Claim
For working mothers who qualify.
- Up to 16 weeks (1st 8 weeks paid by employer; last 8 reimbursed by Government for eligible cases).
- Paternity Leave Claim
- 2 weeks of paid leave for eligible fathers (fully claimable from Government).
- Shared Parental Leave Claim
- Working fathers may share up to 4 weeks of maternity leave with consent.
- Adoption Leave Claim (for female adopters)
- Up to 12 weeks depending on number of children adopted.
- National Service (NS) Make-Up Pay Claim
- For employees attending reservist or NS training.
- Employers can claim the difference between salary and NS pay.
Workforce & Business Grants (Productivity & Upskilling)
These are more strategic and project-based, but we can guide employers or refer them to relevant partners:
- SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
- Up to $10,000 credit to support employee training and business transformation.
- Can be used for courses, job redesign, and HR tech systems.
- Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)
- Subsidy for pre-approved HR/payroll software, accounting tools, etc.
- Up to 50% of cost covered for SMEs.
- Job Redesign Grant (under WSG)
- Support for redesigning job scopes for older workers or automation.
- Up to 80% funding capped at $10,000 per company.
- Career Conversion Programme (CCP)
- For employers hiring mid-career workers in new roles.
- Government co-funds salary and training costs.
CPF & Tax-Related Schemes
- CPF Employment Assistance Payment (EAP) – for retrenchment or re-employment support.
- AIS Submission Support – while not a grant, helping with IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme can be part of your package.
